Accessibility statement

AutoAid Collision Inc. wants everyone to be able to use BayTrak and our customer pages, including people who use screen readers, magnification, voice control or a keyboard only.

What we do

• We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
• Pages work at phone and tablet sizes, with large touch targets and readable contrast.
• Forms have labels, status messages are announced, and pages can be used with a keyboard.
• Customer pages are available in English and Spanish.

Known limits

Some photos uploaded by staff do not have text descriptions. Some older screens inside the staff app are still being improved.
