Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AutoAid Collision Inc. handles information in BayTrak, its internal shop-management system.
What we collect
- Staff accounts: name, username, role and sign-in activity.
- Work records: job clock times, photo check-ins, job steps, notes and parts requests.
- Vehicle and customer records: VIN, plate, vehicle details, photos, estimates, invoices, insurance claim details and customer contact information needed for repairs.
How we use it
To run repairs: scheduling, parts ordering, quality control, invoicing, insurance documentation, payroll and job costing.
AI processing
Some features send photos or text to an AI service to identify parts, check photos or draft plans. This information is used only to return the result.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with insurers, parts vendors and service providers as needed to complete repairs, or when required by law.
Security
Access requires a personal username and password. Passwords are stored encrypted, sessions are signed, and repeated wrong passwords lock the account temporarily. Each role sees only what it needs.
Cookies
BayTrak uses one sign-in cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
Your rights
