Terms of Use
BayTrak is an internal shop-management system owned and operated by AutoAid Collision Inc. ("AutoAid", "we"). By signing in you agree to these terms.
1. Who may use BayTrak
Only employees, contractors and other people given a username by AutoAid may use BayTrak. Accounts are personal. Do not share your password or let anyone else use your account.
2. Acceptable use
- Use BayTrak only for AutoAid Collision work.
- Enter accurate information: time, photos, parts and job notes.
- Do not copy, export or share customer, vehicle or company data outside AutoAid without permission.
- Do not try to access areas or data your role does not allow.
3. Time and work records
Job clocks, photo check-ins and step records in BayTrak are company work records and may be used for payroll, job costing, quality control and insurance documentation.
4. Company property
All data entered into BayTrak, and the BayTrak software, name and logo, belong to AutoAid Collision Inc.
5. Suspension
AutoAid may suspend or remove any account at any time, including when a person's employment or contract ends.
6. No warranty
BayTrak is provided "as is". AI suggestions (parts, plans, photo checks) are aids only and must be checked by a qualified person.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
